'Get IMAP Mail Messages' and 'Get POP3 Mail Messages' non-functional / slow?

Hello,

I am trying to use both the ‘Get IMAP Mail Messages’ and ‘Get POP3 Mail Messages’ components to access an Outlook inbox hosted on Microsoft Office 365.

When I configure these components based on microsofts specifications, the processes will just run indefinetely (I have let them go for 30 minutes+) and return nothing. I have tried multiple ‘Top’ values, from 1 - 50.

Anyone else having similar behavior? Thanks.

You can try with Microsoft365 activities as below

Also if Outlook is installed in your local machine you can try using Get Outlook messages
