Get imap mail message, getting issue as (Get IMAP Mail Messages: The operation has timed out.)

Hello,

Im trying to get email message by using get imap activity but getting issue as timeout. I have also increased time to 90 sec but still the same. I have generated app password and trying to get mail using it.

Yesterday when I was facing the issue I had changed the email password and then generated the app password and it started working. But today again same issue I’m facing.

Does anyone know what is the issue,

Urgent support needed…

Also - standard stuff: Which version are you running (studio and package), what’s the email provider?

Thanks for your response.

I have checked it but did not find any soln.

The email account which I’m using is my company account which our admin has created.

is the problem is due to some access which he needs to grant??
