Get Form Tasks - Retrieving hidden Tasks

When I retrieve unassigned tasks from Action Center through ‘Get Form Tasks’ activity, there are more tasks in the output variable. I have 6 completed tasks, 3 unassigned tasks, and 0 pending tasks. I expect only 3 unassigned tasks in the output variable, but it returns 12 unassigned tasks. How do I find out the suspicious 9 unassigned tasks?

how are these files entering action center, do you have a queue or are you uploading from a folder?

I am retrieving “Completed Task” using Get Form task activity and seeing the old Tasks that have been deleted from the Action Center.
