Get assets from Orchestrator | Operation timeout

I am often getting the error : “The operation has timed out”. when reading assets from Orchestrator.

Why is this happening. I have increased the timeout to 60000 ms. Still the same issue.
Could you please help me.

its may be studio/robot connection with Orchestrator. hope you checked the robot status.

@MariaJosephina It can be a network connection issue between the Robot and Orchestrator. You can try checking the event logs and see if there are any errors at that time.
You can also retry the activity if it fails once.
