Generative extractor in document understanding

i am using generative extractor to extract from two different pdfs, but it is not able to extract details , what can be the possible reason, i am also using form extractor also, but it is only extracting a few fields not all , and
2) also i added machile learning extractor too but it is not showing what all fields that i want or
3) what end point i can add for in ml extractor if i want to extract from two different types of pdfs, one is form and other one is vechile insurance , and if there are two pdfs then how can i add ends points for both of them

what end point should i give
