In my workflow I have ML extractor and Generative extractor. When ML extractor failed to extract a particular field and if gen AI is able to extract it, it is always giving me confidence score as always 0.

Yes this is an issue I also faced when used Generative extractor as it’s not supervised.
So I usually skip the confidence check and validate if that filed has a value / length/ starts with/ ends with kind of validation.
