Generative Extractor keeps throwing License error

Hi everyone,
Until last week, Generative Extractor was working fine but when I tried running the process today, this is the error I encountered:

Request PredictionId: VeTN0wDqoxLNKepx39XkTrk1x/fmhVSiiI2nAe8NSxI=_f76c74e9-f969-49da-bcb5-a78ba166f2b7
Document Understanding is not enabled on this tenant.

I can verify that the licenses are active:

What am I missing here?

1. Is the license attachment to same tenant?
2. Are AI units available?

Appreciate the response.
As you can see from the screenshot above, I have the licenses enabled for the given tenant.
And yes, AI Units are present.
