Use Case Description
This use case that streamlines notary processes can be beneficial to the user providing the service (Notarizers) and their customers who go to them for the service by making the task as efficient as possible by eliminating in-person meetups and paperwork. The process starts with the notarizer uploading required documents to the workspace, while the customer provides their proof of identification to ensure authenticity and integrity during the process. Once customer information is verified through computer vision technology, the scheduled online virtual meeting with the notarizer begins and the customer can sign the documents. Once documents are notarized, they are sent to UiPathβs Document Understanding technology to extract and store the data in files that are securely kept in AWS S3. The Notarized documents are distributed among all relevant parties and can be securely accessed by authorized users for future reference. Chatbots are available in this Notary Service application that can answer questions and provide support to the user as needed. The user can also pull data from the document through the workspace using the chatbot and ask the chatbot questions by addressing specific areas within the document by selecting with their cursor.
