Front office license || Query related to Volume increase

Hi Everyone,

If for the 1st year the number of front office licenses required are 15, considering the volume is 100. The year on year volume increase is 20%.

My question is, whether the number of front office licenses also increase linearly by 20% ? If not, how does it work?
