Font Size in Send Email Activity

Hi, I am trying to use the GenAI activity to generate content and output the result using the “Send Outlook Email Message” activity.

However, when I received the email, there were 2 major issues.

  1. The font size is too small
  2. All text is packed together and they don’t separate into paragraphs or lines.

Could I know how to fix these, please? Thank you.

Create the prompt with instructions like “Output should be in HTML Email body with Font size 12px”

Another way

In the prompt only ask for two paragraph for font after you got the output of gen ai activity give it to Create HTML Content activity. Where you can define the font size.

Thank you guys. I have tried to use the message box function, and the format is correct (separated into paragraphs).

However, when I use the “Send Outlook Email Message” activity, everything is packed together. How can I solve this?

try to give the prompt to be as a html text format and use is html true property
