Key Accountabilities:
Core responsibilities
:black_small_square: Identify and assess opportunities/emerging tools/technologies: The Hyper Automation Consultant
will work with business stakeholders to assess the problem statements and identify the Intelligent
Automation tools/technologies in the market. This includes understanding the current state of the
business processes, identifying areas where innovative solutions can of help, and estimating the
potential benefits of onboarding the tools/technologies.
:black_small_square: Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligent automation trends and onboard the tools/technologies:
The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to stay up-to-date on the latest intelligent automation
technologies. This will involve attending conferences, reading industry publications, and networking
with other professionals in the field. Explore the latest technologies in market within the scope of RPA,
IDP, Generative AI, Low Code Apps and onboard the tools/technologies to FAB.
:black_small_square: Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) projects: The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to conduct
PoC projects on IDP, Low Code Apps, Generative AI by integrating those with RPA, to demonstrate
the benefits of intelligent automation. This will involve working with business stakeholders to identify a
specific Intelligent Automation opportunity, designing, and implementing a PoC solution, and
measuring the results of the PoC.
:black_small_square: Design and implement automation solutions: The Hyper Automation Consultant will work with the
factory team to design and implement automation solutions. This includes developing the technical
specifications for the automation solutions, selecting the appropriate tools and technologies, and
testing and deploying the automation solutions.
:black_small_square: Manage the IPA projects: The Hyper Automation Consultant will be responsible for managing the
intelligent automation projects (RPA with IDP, Low Code Apps, Generative AI, NLP). This includes
upskilling of factory team and organizing trainings.
:black_small_square: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: The Hyper Automation Consultant will
need to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business, Cloud Team,
and factory team members. This will involve communicating the benefits of intelligent automation,
resolving any issues that arise, and getting buy-in for automation projects.
:black_small_square: Analyze and present data: The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to analyze and present
necessary data to support intelligent automation projects. This will involve collecting data from various
sources, using data visualization tools to present the data, and communicating the findings to
stakeholders.
:black_small_square: Develop and communicate recommendations: The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to
develop and communicate recommendations for intelligent automation projects. This will involve
identifying the best approach for automation, estimating the costs and benefits of automation, and
communicating the recommendations to stakeholders.

• The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to be an effective communicator. This includes being able to
communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, as well as being able to build
relationships with key stakeholders.
• The Hyper Automation Consultant will need to be able to build and maintain effective working
relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT leaders, and automation team
members. This will involve being able to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
:black_small_square: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
:black_small_square: Certifications in UiPath Platform
:black_small_square: Certifications for other intelligent automation technologies (Preferred)
:black_small_square: Certifications in Cloud Ops (AWS/Azure) (Preferred)
:black_small_square: UiARD or UiPath MVP Certification (Preferred)
Minimum Experience:
:black_small_square: 5+ years of experience in RPA
:black_small_square: 2+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation
:black_small_square: 1+ years of experience in Cloud Platform (Azure/AWS) (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
:black_small_square: Knowledge of RPA: The Hyper Automation Consultant should have a deep understanding of UiPath
platform. This includes knowledge on the best practices for implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
:black_small_square: Knowledge of other intelligent automation technologies: The Hyper Automation Consultant should
also have knowledge of other intelligent automation technologies, such as natural language processing
(NLP), machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI), to choose the right technologies for the
organization’s needs.
:black_small_square: Knowledge on Cloud and Container Platforms: The Hyper Automation Consultant should be aware
of Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services and containerized orchestration
platforms such as Kubernetes with basic level of understanding.
:black_small_square: Knowledge of business processes: The Hyper Automation Consultant should have a good
understanding of banking domain, to identify opportunities for automation and to design and implement
automation solutions, which are aligned with the organization’s business goals.
:black_small_square: Technical skills: The Hyper Automation Consultant should have strong technical skills. This includes
skills in programming, software development, and system analysis.
:black_small_square: Communication skills: The Hyper Automation Consultant should have excellent communication skills.
This includes the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, as well
as the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
