I am getting this error for the Find Files and Folders:

After the prompt to login to my onedrive account the robot crashes and gives the error.

Yes. I am using the Microsoft Office 365 package to try to retrieve a file from a shared location on onedrive.

@Nelson.R is it able to retrieve ? I am asking this since this error generally comes when your account don’t have access to that one drive

Yes, the file is shared with my account. This is the first time I am trying this, the robot crashes at the Find Files And Folders activity. The query has the file name I am looking for.

@Nelson.R If you are looking for a Websure claims updated.xlsx file then change the query like below and give a try

"filename:""Websure claims updated.xlsx"""

It would be better if you can verify the below .

The error was due to me not requiring to enter a Site URL. Found a tutorial where they left it out for onedrive so I assume that is only if you require a file from sharepoint.
