Find and loop through a table in SAP

Hi All,
Im trying to find a table in SAP and loop through it. The problem is that the recording wizard doesn’t recognize the table. It sees the table as a block. Any suggestions how to proceed? Also, I cant change any configuration on SAP if scripting must be allowed.
Also, when I find the table, how could I loop through the table until I find certain value and then highlight the row on the far left of the table and then press a certain button?
