Filtering Excel

I have the above excel sheet with a filter in the range D9:D13.
How can i operate that filter thorough UiPath using excel application scope?

I am having excel sheet with the following data [excel%20data] . My requirement is I want filter the column “Dept No” and extract the data and print each"Emp No" based on filtered data of “Dept No” and update the status(Yes/No) to the “Processed(Yes/No)” column at the same time. My data is not in the table, I have the filter already in the EXCEL FILE, Bot should be a designed to access it.
