I have an excel with column headings name and surname. each row contains the name and surname and also the age of the person but the age is on the next row below the person’s name. My end goal is to take the age and create another column for age and write the name, surname alongside its age. Find attached pictures which shows the problem and the end result i need

if there is another row with the same name it will write incorrect results. For example if there is another 2nd Leeroy but with different Surname and Age it will write 2nd Leeroy but on Surname and Age it will use 1st Leeroys Surname and Age
