File Change Trigger doesn't access the file path after location

Hi, I am facing issue, the file change trigger, seems to stop at execution stage and is unresponsive incase of any changes to the file path. I tried debugging to check if the file path was correctly accessed which it did - but it just seems to get stuck on the executing log message and not do anything.
