File access problem

I have a studioX use who cannot access any files from within StudioX
We have tried uninstall/reinstall without success

Can you manually create a excel file at the location you are trying to access?

Yes, file can be created. It’s only if you are trying to access a file from within StudioX, so for example, Use Excel File, but you cannot use the little folder icon to go and select a file.

Are you running Studio X as the normal user or with Administrator privileges? It should run as the normal user.
Where do you open the file? on a network share or local folder where all users have access?

What if you manually set the path in the field as a value(so don’t use the folder icon button).
For example: “C:\data_dir\test.xlsx” Does that work?
