Fetch and parse html template body content from email and move to excel

I need to check whether email is plain text or HTML template from the list of unread emails. If email is HTML template, i need to parse, extract the email body and move the extracted body to an excel sheet. I need the reply to this urgently. PLEASE REPLY AND HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

For each in Properties → TypeArgument should be System.Net.Mail.MailMessage
