Fail to install package, with error message "Job faulted due to service shutdown"

Hi, I am trying to set up existing RPA process for a new user, and somehow the robot will not start to run for this new user. The process always come back with “faulted” state and this is the error message “Job faulted due to service shutdown”. Anyone has any idea what this mean and how to resolve it? Thank you.

Make sure is UiPath.Service.Host service is up and running.
