I am facing “Package installation failure” only for .Net packages, other packages are getting installed successfully
Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio(Community), please help

for which activities / added functionalities are you looking for. From package description we should already have those features available?
It looks that this package is blocked due it is not compatible with .Net Framework 4.6.1
