New to Comms Mining, would like to know if it’s possible to extract fields from message Subject, as our client receives tons of emails that contain meaningful data in Subject (and actually not so much in the message Body).

Yes we can use subject also..there is nothing like only body can be used
This is a sample which explains the same

Awesome, thank you. I’m a noob in this, so just needed confirmation.

But can you explain why I am not able to label values in training? For example, in my Taxonomy I have “Orders > Order Confirmation” and under that, I have an Extraction Field called OrderNumber, but I am never presented with the option to annotate OrderNumbers in the Clusters view.
I believe its a field tied to label order confirmation..so only if the message is labeled as order confirmation then the respective field can be annotated
Also the cluster needs to be opened and each messge needs to be separately annotated
Cheers
Thanks again, I’ll check it out. ![]()
