Comm Mining Extraction Field Types Extraction in studio

Hi All,

We have couple of General fields and couple of Extraction field types created in Comm mining stream. When an incoming email is received, the general field types are automatically extracted and I can fetch those from the api results (field → entities).. But the extraction field types were not automatically extracted in comm mining.. When I manually click on “Predict Extractions”, I can see the results getting generated in comm mining.. Is this any configuration setup needs to be done or how can we make this automated?

  1. Extraction fields are tied to labels..so if the specific label is foudn only then they are available
  2. Are the extraction fields listed in settings tab taxonomy in comms mining?

Yes, That particular email is labelled with a better confidence % than the threshold set.
Yes, the extraction fields are listed under the label in the settings tab taxonomy.

If I click on Predict Extractions under the Field Annotations in 2nd screenshot, then the Extraction field types will be extracted. So, is there any configuration setup missing in this?

I couldn’t find those in the response.. I believe ff those results extracted in Comm Mining, then only the results will be there in api too.. Right? But I don’t see those extracted fields in Comm Mining first.

then check the version of stream and if enough annotations are provided

The stream model version is up-to date and the annotated count is little less than 100.. Is that enough? or how much volume needs to be annotated?
