There is a background ribbon name while extracting data from PDF using Document Understanding, so it fetches that data while indicating some columns. IN order to eliminate that background text, what should I do?

May be you can use a third-party watermark-removing tool to remove watermarks in your PDF files. I think you can try Easepaint Watermark Expert , this tool is easy to use and cost-effective. Hope it can help you.

The above sequence helps in removing the water mark from the pdf
Here i have tried reading the pdf as text then replacing that text with " " which removes the water mark then convert it back to pdf
