Extract word document to Excel document

Hello,
I’m doing some self learning using UiPath. I hope someone can help me with the issue which I’m currently facing.

I would like to extract data that in is a input anchor tag from a .docx document template with this title and enter it in a Excel Document.

Example Word Document :

This document is for Job Application
Name : Dinideyh
Age : 24
Country : China

Thank you for filling up the fields above.

I will only want to extract the title and the value into an Excel document.
I hope you guys can help me with this. I have about 30 pages of data to extract if there is only input field.
