Extract Value from Sheet

Hello Team ,

We have a spreadsheet in the format attached

1)Contains column for months in Repeated manner

Example : how can we find CountryCode IN
What is its Sales Value For Current Quarter

(present in September Column)

So the output that we get should be 8000
