Hello guys,

Currently working with Smartsheet activities. Used Smartsheet Application Scope, But I can’t add any activities inside it on my PC. For example: If I try to add “Add row” activity it shows like this.

Note: I completed this same process on another PC and it’s working. This issue occurs only in my PC.

Can you check the package version being used? Please try to downgrade it and then use it.

I’ve tried to downgrade the package version but no other versions available there.

I removed that package and retried but same result.

Try clearing the cache and temporary files.

Navigate to the following directories by clicking win+R and delete their contents:

%localappdata%\UiPath\.cache
%temp%

Try uninstalling the studio and then installing it, and let me know the update.

Does it require Smartsheet installed on the machine? Try after installing it. Some activities like SAP BAPI requires application to be installed on the machine, then only you will be able to do development.

Apart from this possibility I don’t there is any other issue.

I tried to find the documentation but nothing clear about the prerequisites as such.

I don’t think its necessary to install the Smartsheet application because I’ve tried with two other PCs it’s working perfectly. Actually this process is completed. But I just want to know what’s the problem in my PC and Why it’s not working in my PC.

Tried uninstall and reinstalling the studio but same problem exists. Don’t know how to fix this.
