Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520)

Hi Everyone,

Job run faulted with below Error when starting jobs via the Orchestrator:
“Could not start executor: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520)”

We have a pool where we have runtime licenses Testing and NonProduction enabled. When I start a test case and run a process with NonProduction at the same time, this error appears. Is it not possible to run two different licenses at the same time?

Are you assigning different licences to same or different account ?

We have a machine template with two devices and with 4 licenses (2x NonProduction and 2x Testing).

Account A starts a test case with Testing. One of the two devices is then assigned from the machine template. Then account B starts a process with NonProduction and then the error occurs. It seems that account A blocks both devices with his test case, although enough licenses are available.
