When reading the excel with read range, the AMOUNT column in the data table shows date instead of the actual value. Anyone know what is due and what could be the solution please?

Did you try changing the formating in excel to a string? maybe just do a second column next to the original one with the values but stored as text.
Is the currency symbol accurate? Seems like it is Peruvian Sol (PEN). In Excel you can choose to format the column using that symbol - PEN. I tested and I always get the the amount with whatever currency I use.
What version of UiPath Studio are you using? What version of UiPath.Excel.Activities are you using?

If I change it but that excel sent it to the client by mail, and the bot processes the emails by downloading the files and reads them, if basically the solution is that the format changes, I will have to ask the client to do it before I send it to the mailbox of mail. 
I’m using UiPath.Excel.Activities v2.7.2, see if using that version yields a difference. You’re running on a BETA version of both Studio and Excel.Activities which mean there might be some bugs in there.
Try Excel.Activities v2.7.2 and let us know how it goes
