Excel Formatting in Write Range

I have a Datatable with data and Writing into Excel using Write Range. I have three columns which are Date and wanted to set a format as Date for these three columns and also set the data as Table (Ctrl + T) in Excel.

How to do it?

What different formats u need for dates in each columns specified?

I want to create a Sheet with first 3 columns from one db and another two columns from another db and another two columns as calculated columns in XL and wanted to format that entire data as Excel Table so that further addition or adding of formulas will be easy.
