Excel comparison with 100k line items each

Hi
Iam comparing two excels using for each by having if condition in it.
Comparison is taking too much time…
Since each sheet contains around 88k and 45 k respectively.

Kindly provide me your suggestions to do comparison in short time. @Palaniyappan

Could you let us know in some more details as to what comparison are you trying to perform ? What is the Output from the Comparison?
