Excel application scope not working in Production

Scenario: Reading an excel using excel application scope.

Current Behavior: not opening the file, even if i debug it gets struck at the excel activity

Expected Behavior: to read excel file

This Automation is in Production since 3 months and we got this issue today.

Hi @priyatham,

Kindly check if the excel package was updated, probably it’s causing the problem and try to revert it to the previous version by copying it to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath Studio\Packages.

Before copying the older version, be sure that UiPath is closed.

Hi,
The package did not get updated, but there is an update to some Microsoft Office products. we think, this might be the reason.
