I have a unattended job that started triggering the following error:
An error occurred while searching the target. Error details: [Error code: 401] Computer Vision cannot be enabled: the current user is not authenticated. To fix this, log in to Automation Cloud or copy the API key from https://cloud.uipath.com > Admin > Licenses > Robots & Services and paste it in Project Settings > Computer Vision > API Key. When enabled, app screenshots while indicating are sent to UiPath Cloud to ensure automation resilience, so mock data should be used to avoid sending any sensitive information. Run-time screenshots are never collected.
So the issue is that this error is intermitent and seems to happen randomly. As far as I know when the Orchestrator triggers a Job if the Api Key for CV is not set while developing in Studio, the CV Api Key will be automatically defult to the UiPath cloud account triggering the job.
Most of the time this issue doesn’t happen, so I’m not sure what I’m missing here, this is enterprise account.
If I’m not mistaken I think when that happens the error message specifies that. Anyway is there a way to check the CV consumption records or something like that? When I go into Admin - Licenses- Robots & Services I can only see my MP troughput limit per minute but nothing else related to CV
@Eric_Arias , it is one of the things to check and may not be the cause of your error. How much is your mp/min? I know the account can have a wrong limit set even for an enterprise license.
