Error while uploading file in AI Centre

I tried to upload few pdf’s in AI centre Document manager for retraining the bot for a particular ML skill and i am getting the below error.
Any idea why i couldn’t upload my pdf?

Can you confirm by trying any other document…is it happening for all new documents? Or only for a specific document

Looks like there might be a file with same name already…can you check the same

Could you try and add a Single document only to the Document Manager and check if you are getting the same error ?

Just to check if it is happening for that particular PDF document or if it is the same for all PDF documents.

@Anil_G Its not happening with all the document. For few PDF’s alone it is happening. Just wanted to know what might be the reason behind this? Also i don’t have this document already present in document manager.

Could you maybe try renaming the file and check if that is able to resolve for that particular PDF, It does seem to have a lengthy name, so try to check if we reduce the name length will it be able to work.

@supermanPunch Its happening for particular document only. Out of 15 document 5 documents got failed. I retried by uploading those failed 5 docs one by one, even then it is getting failed. Just wanted to know what might be the reason behind this.

Perform also a Manual check with those files, if they are able to be opened up and if there is any significant difference between these files and the files that were able to be uploaded.

Let us know your findings.

Are the documents huge that the other?

Is the document currupted or is the meta data removed from documnets?

Is there any other difference between the onces sucessful and failed

These can provide few detaila of why it is failed

Also it is worth changing the name as some charqcters might not be allowed in name and also the length of name might be a cause

I tried uploading 16 pdf’s out of which 6 failed with status code 0. The failed one’s are digitalized pdf. I tried even renaming them to a single character even then it is getting failed. I have compared the size of pdf, it is similar to the one which got successfully uploaded. Please find the below image. pdf named from 1-6 are getting failed the rest is getting uploaded. The pdf’s are not corrupted one. It is readable even by UiPath studio.

Can you try doing a save as by opening the pdf manually and then try to upload

Alternately try print to pdf and then use that file

If that uploads then …it might be that the documents are scanned images or so…might be a possible reason…or there might be some other issue as the saved files are uploded

You can check if there is any differneces in the propwrties on the files

I opened those PDF’s and took a screenshot of that and pasted in word doc and again i converted that word doc into pdf. Now this non digitalized PDF is getting uploaded in the document manager. ( Inv1.pdf → Non digitalized pdf)

To my surprise i couldn’t even upload that pdf in this forum. Its showing processing upload for long time. But i can attach that in emails and all. Kindly help me to figure out what might be the reason.
