You need to have the Runtime like this the below image

Have you added Unattended Robots to that particular Account.

Do you have unattended robot licences in your orchestrator?

Did you assign machines to the call Folder?
Navigate to Tenant=>Folders=>call=>Machine templates and check if you have machines there.
If not add your machine with the corresponding runtime Unattended/NonProduction…

That machine should also be affected to your “Call” Folder
Please navigate to “Folders”, you should have it there as well.
