Error Web.config on Orchestrator upgrade

Hello,

I try to upgrade my orchestrator to the new 18.4.1 from 18.3.2.
I stopped IIS server and launched Windows installer file from command line.
The installer stops with error “an error has ocurred while upgrading the Web.config file”
