[ERROR] [UiPath.Studio.exe]別のプロセスで使用されているため、プロセスはファイル 'C:.\xxxxxx\xxxxx\xxxxaml' にアクセスできません。

こんにちは

昨日まで全く問題なく動作していたのでが、本日以下エラーが出ました。

[ERROR] [UiPath.Studio.exe]別のプロセスで使用されているため、プロセスはファイル ‘C:.\xxxxxx\xxxxx\xxx.xaml’ にアクセスできません。

みなさまこういったエラーに遭遇したことがありますでしょうか？
対処策共有頂けますと助かります。

Can you please restart the system and then try once.

I also tried to restart the Uipath and my computer.
But there were not any change about this situation.
Still same error happened.

I killed the related all process as well…

Can you delete project.json file in that project folder and then try to open Main.xaml file.

同じ症状か分かりませんが。

xamlだけでなくxlsxでも「アクセスできません」エラーになっていました。
Studio再起動、マシン再起動も試しましたが、Studio立ち上げた瞬間にもなってしまうことがあり、お手上げでした。
最終的にはプロジェクト再作成や、プレビュー版ではなく、安定版を使うなどで乗り切っていました。

記録してないですが、CommunityEditionの2021.4から2021.8の間で起きていたと思います。
今は「2021.8.0-beta.5246」を使っていますが、最近は起きていません。Studioの一時的なバグじゃないかと思って諦めていました。

ソース自体を他のマシンに移動し実施しましたが同じ事象
昨日まで動いていた際のバックアップXAMLで実施しまたが同じ事象

おそらくですが、ＩＥでアクセスする際と側で、何等か変更があったと予測もしています
今ブラウザをＥｄｇｅに変更し検証予定です
