How to resolve when "ERROR_SQL-8-D:attempt to write a readonly database" error is obtained when running Syncad.bat file ?

Issue Description:

"ERROR_SQL-8-D:attempt to write a readonly database" is encountered when running Syncad.bat file. Sample of the error below:

Resolution:

Run command prompt as Administrator. The user opening the command prompt does not have enough permissions while the action should be performed with Administrator privilege.
