Can you show your workflow and activity which causes this error?

i can’t show it, but it’s a very simple workflow and can be run in the PC with WIN10,the error what’s happend in the PC with WIN7. and the “Chinese Simplified” was selected. Thanks again.

It’s very hard to figure out what causes the problem if I don’t know which activity and in what workflow configurations is placed. There is more unknowns than answers.

Only thing I can read from the error is that you are probably using OCR engine which needs cloud to work with documents.

Please check if your internet connection is not blocked for Studio by any proxy or firewall.
