Error in Write Cell Gsuite Activity for editing an uploaded excel file in the Google Drive

I am trying to edit an uploaded excel file in google drive through Gsuite Application Scope but I am encountering this error.

Error message: Write Cell: Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
This operation is not supported for this document [400]
Errors [
Message[This operation is not supported for this document] Location[ - ] Reason[failedPrecondition] Domain[global]
]

How can I solve this error?
