Launch Excel before you open the Workbook
I have installed properly only excel and package but how to clear it

I guess you have not installed Microsoft Office Suite which includes Excel as well.
Please check and get it installed.
If you believe you have installed excel, check if excel is asking for any permission before opening it. Like, may be activation? Open an excel file once.
I have installed properly oly no problem in windows by using any microsoft when i use in uipath the excel problem occur.
Check the version of you UiPath pExcel package, you should have the same numbers as the following:
I have also created the attached workflow (based on the image you attached) and works fine.

You may need to Uninstall and re-Install the package
I HAVE INSTALL CORRECT VERSION ONLY AGAIN I REINSTALL IT AND I INSTALL IT

How to download the file from browser and search the particular file from our system.That file i have to send it to the particular mail to the user in uipath tool.please tell how to proceed this part…
on which OS are you trying this. i am getting this on Windows 10 while same installation works on windows 7
