Error --> Bulk Add Queue Items: Operation returned an invalid status code 'NotFound'

I get the below error when I am trying to add items to queue.
Queue Name is valid and exists. Robot is provisioned. But the queue is not identified while the process is run. Any idea anyone? Any help would be appreciated.

It works if the workflow file is closed and run is triggered from main workfile.
