Error: Build version needed for release missing or invalid

Hi,

I’ve installed Process Mining version 21.10 and am trying to deploy the Profiler. I followed all the steps in the guide, but get the error below, when I try to release it on the PG-Profiler environment that I created.

Error: Build version needed for release missing or invalid

I have the following under Superadmin → Settings:

“DefaultEnvironment”: “production”
, “Environments” [“production”, “PG-Profiler”]

The profiler version is 21.4.1. I have previously installed Process Mining Version 21.4.1 and had exactly the same issue.

What have I missed?

Thank you for replying to my question.

I have the Profiler_Profiler-v21.4.mvtag. I am not sure on the Build. How can I get that?

Also, do you know if Process Mining and Orchestrator can be installed on the same server?

Feel free to subscribe to the release notes to receive downloadable links.

We don’t recommend Orchestrator and Process Mining on the same server.

The build number is 21.4.1

I’ve had to reinstall it and now our license key is invalid. Are you able to send me a new one?

Kindly remove the license# from your post.

I already have the downloaded the AppOne file. What shall I do with it?

Removed the license key. What shall I do about the license key?

Exact/Unzip the Appone Zip file(You should see below files):

Profiler
Profiler984×351 49.3 KB

Upload the Profiler to the release tab and activate it. Hope this helps.

Hi Rashmi,

I have created a technical support ticket for the license key issue (01473802). I have also created a second ticket (01473804) for this issue with the Profiler as I get the exact same message again now, i.e., Error. Build version needed for release missing or invalid.

We resolved the issue in the screen-sharing session. Sharing steps here :slight_smile:

  1. Build page was empty :
  • Noticed additional files in the builds folder. Removed irrelevant files.
  • UiPathProcessMining reflected on the builds page
  1. PG-Profiler
  • Created a new environment “PG-Profiler” in the Server Settings
  • Uploaded PG-profiler release on the Releases page
  • Marked Profiler active on PG-Profiler
