Error at " Start Job " activity

Hey everyone,

I was getting forbidden error at “Start Job” activity when starting the process from the orchestrator, then i updated the robot roles and now I am getting the error below

"Applications failed to close normally. An invalid result was encountered for parameter Process Name at Source: UiPath.System.Activities "

Robot is nonproduction type, i dont know whether this info is needed.

Did anyone encountered this issue before?

Start job activity throws error

Hi All, I am trying to start a process using ‘start job’ activity but it throws forbidden error. I have connected the bot to orchestrator I have given create/edit roles for robot in orchestrator as well but still it throws the same error my process/pkg name is: box and environment name is : lab Please suggest.
