Hi @irahmat,

Seeing the error it looks like the robot is already busy in processing. Might be running some other process it has allocated. Check the availability of robot in the orchestrator.

thank you for your input.

My understanding is the UA should display a running job and will reject me to run the 2nd job. also the Robot status is not busy.
