Erro Login SSO Automation Hub - user domain did not match the list of configured allowed domainsallowed domains

Guys, I have the error in the HUB using the automatic login (SSO) for all people who have the domain @usiminas.com working very well, but for the employees of one of the companies of the group with the domain @solucoesusiminas.com, no I am able to login automatically. From the error I’m imagining that there may be something related to this company’s email domain that is different from the rest. Do you know where I could modify this configuration?
Ex:
xxxxxx@usiminas.com is ok
xxxxxxxx@solucoesusiminas.com is showing error

Hi @Rodrigo_de_Oliveira

There could be a few different things that might be causing this issue:

  1. There might be a problem with the SSO configuration for the @solucoesusiminas.com domain. In this case, you might want to check the SSO configuration settings to see if there are any errors or problems that need to be addressed.
  2. There might be a problem with the user accounts for the @solucoesusiminas.com domain. For example, the accounts might not have the correct permissions or might be inactive. In this case, you might want to check the user accounts and ensure that they are set up correctly.
  3. There could be a problem with the authentication system being used for SSO. For example, there might be an issue with the identity provider (IdP) or the service provider (SP). In this case, you might want to check the authentication system to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
