Unable to log in as an admin to the Orchestrator once the domain name is changed.
Issue:
The company domain recently got changed. The email addresses are also changed accordingly. An invitation to join the Orchestrator was sent to the new email ID and all the previous users were accidentally removed (Exit) including the admin. Hence resulting in losing the admin access to the Orchestrator.
Resolution:
- If access to the previous email is still available. Navigate to the customer portal, and sign up from scratch using the previous email ID
- Once Signed up, log in to the same Orchestrator and get the admin access back since it was previously allocated to the user
- Once logged in, change the organization name from settings to the new domain if needed
- Invite the users with new email IDs (with the new domain).
