Enter values into the datatable

Hi all, need to enter the variable values into the datatable. I tried the below logic, but not able to enter the correct values.
Which I tired is below,

I want to get output IN excel as

From ConvTo
USD INR
USD AUR
USD USD

Can you please suggest me where the issue is in the workflow!?
