We use Orchestrator at an enterprise level to manage our automations. However, we often utilize other third-party dashboards such as Kibana to keep track of our automation data and analytics. I believe it would be a great enhancement for UiPath to add to the existing Monitoring Dashboard to include more customizable features and custom tracking.

We are in the progress of covering a revamp the Orchestrator Monitoring to cater to a better dashboarding experience, you can expect to see the first improvements here this fall and a comprehensive change early next year.
