Has anyone else had the functionality disappear within the idea flow that allowed you to automatically generate custom email notifications based on the status and phase?
Is there a way to restore this or an alternate means to accomplish it?
I think the feature was removed. It’s no longer supported. Use Orchestrator alerts or custom workflows instead.

Are you talking about mails when statuses change? if so can you try checking by editing the selected tempalte and go to status settings and check if emails are configured or enabled

I’m not completely following what you mean by editing the selected template, I checked the Assessment and Idea Flow settings and there is no such setting in either. An example of what I’m referring to would be when a project was placed in the Technical Review Phase with a Status of Awaiting Review, it would generate the following email notification to the folks with this role:
Even though I had setting like this all in place, it just vanished and there is no option to add it back in.
