Element is not getting recognized/inspect of HP Alm tool

Hii All,
I was trying to automate the HP ALM defect tracking tool for the report generation. Till last few week it was working properly. Around 7 days ago i came across that my code is not recognizing the image activities. I tried to create the new fresh code but still not able to code the UI path is getting crashed. Upgraded both .net framework/dependencies but still same issue.
So as a alternate research i tried to Inspect the elements by Selenium but found that Selenium is also not able to Inspect the elements of the website.
For rest all the websites it was working properly.
Does anyone know how to enable it?
Browser-IE ( Alm only works in IE)
Version- 11
Studio version- 2019.8.0

Hi Amruta,

Ca you please suggest how to automate HP ALM tool(to fetch the status of the defect as per projects)as i found out its difficult to inspect the elements.
